Innovative charter school looking for experienced SASA to oversee and manage our office and school of 285 students. Computer savvy, problem solver, friendly, organized and able to multi-task in order to work efficiently in our fast paced office.

Responsibilities include - Overseeing an office staff of 3, assist faculty in completing benefit and substitute paperwork, conduct new employee orientation. Secretarial - maintain and update student information in student data base (eSIS), attend trainings, coordinate and troubleshoot as needed. Create, prepare and maintain class lists, roster, and enrollment lists. Answer phones and assist with parent/teacher requests, complete reports as requested by Principal, establish and maintain orderly office files, records, registers, and fmms, coordinate with C&C parks dept. dates and rooms to be reserved. Enrollmentprepare annual admission timeline, update/revise parent/student handbook. Compile, track and prepare student names for lottery, wait list and paperwork associated with new students. Serve as secretary of the Local School Board attending once a month meeting. Update/revise student application and enroll students (collect application, forms and fees). Process student releases, checking for outstanding
obligations, and transfer records. Provide health room assistance to students who are ill.

Salary consistent with HGEA contract.
