School Complaint

Do not send CSAO an email unless you have contacted your school's principal first! 


Before submitting a complaint to the CSAO, please be aware of the complaint process. All school-level issues, problems, and complaints should be reported to and discussed with the school’s principal first. If you feel that the problem is still unresolved or circumstances do not enable you to discuss your problem with the principal, you then must contact the school’s Local School Board (LSB). The school should have the contact information for the LSB, or you can find it in our school profiles section.

If you have followed the above steps and you still feel that the problem is unresolved – or your concern is regarding school governance (i.e. an LSB concern) – click on the below and send an email to CSAO with the following information:
